Alium are appointed as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Employer’s Agent for a landmark PBSA development delivering 297 high-quality student homes at a key city-centre gateway, opposite the newly completed St Sidwell’s Point Leisure Centre.

The scheme will create a vibrant student community with extensive internal and external amenity, supported by a new Innovation Hub to connect students with local enterprise and help retain graduates in the city.

Procurement is via a competitive two-stage tender. During Stage 2 we are working closely with the preferred contractor to develop the design, secure cost certainty, and achieve Gateway 2 sign-off under the Building Safety Act.
