Alium were appointed as QS and Contract Administrator for the redevelopment of Garratt Park House. The project involved demolishing an existing retail unit to deliver a new ground-floor commercial space with eight apartments above.


This mixed-use scheme, anchored by a furniture store at street level, provides an inspiring selection of one- and two-bedroom homes on a vibrant high street, with outlooks over Garratt Park.


Works were procured via a competitive single-stage tender and let under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor’s Design 2016.
