Alium were appointed as QS to provide initial cost plans and agree the budget for the fit out of a new industrial unit located on the iPort business park in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.


The works comprise fitting out and alterations to provide office accommodation plus extensive works to the warehouse area. Works include the installation of a fire resistant wall to save the requirement for providing fire sprinklers to the entire 260,000^ft2 building.


Alium carried out the tender and recommended the preferred contractor to undertake the works. Works are scheduled to commence on site in March 2025 and complete by July 2025 in readiness for full operation by the tenant in September 2025.
