Alium were appointed as PM, QS and Contract Administrator for the retail fit out of new shops for Island Poké in Brighton and London.


Alium provided initial budget costings for each fit out then procured the project to appoint a suitable fit out contractor.


Fit out works were completed within four weeks of start on site. Close partnerships were also required with Island Poké direct suppliers for equipment to ensure prompt order and delivery ready for shop openings.
