Alium are appointed as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Contract Administrator to support the client in delivering this scheme via a Construction Management route. Our role includes procuring each trade package, managing the master programme, and administering contracts to ensure cost, quality, and time objectives are achieved.


The development comprises a new-build, 150-unit scheme, an elegant mix of apartments and houses, off South Eden Road, Beckenham, London.


A landscaped podium deck conceals resident car parking, bin and bike stores, and plant rooms, preserving a high-quality public realm. The design features classically inspired buildings arranged around ornate garden spaces, creating a refined residential environment.
