Alium were appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent for the redevelopment of a brownfield site involving the demolition of existing warehouse buildings and the construction of 66 new residential units across three buildings, with associated external works and landscaping.

The scheme was procured via a negotiated tender and let under the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016.
