Alium were appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator for the redevelopment of the Grandstand Bar at the heart of Canary Wharf.


The existing structure was demolished and replaced with a new landmark venue.


Our scope included early cost planning to align the design with budget prior to approvals, followed by procurement via a negotiated tender with the client’s preferred contractor.


Working closely with the client’s fit-out team and key stakeholders we managed to deliver this project for the targeted opening date.
