Alium were appointed as QS and Contract Administrator for the transformation of the former Students’ Union offices on Levels 3 and 4 of the Richmond Building. The project reconfigured the space to create additional accommodation for the International Foundation Programme, delivered within a tightly controlled 12-week programme.


Engaged at RIBA Stage 2, we prepared the initial cost plan and managed the procurement, appointing a contractor via a competitive tender under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor’s Design 2016.
