Alium were appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator for the entire refurbishment of a Grade II listed property in the Cotswolds.


The works were procured through a negotiated tender with the client’s preferred contractor and delivered under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor’s Design 2016.
