Alium were appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent for the full strip-out and fit-out of existing office space to create a new TV studio, editing suites, and offices for TRT World within the ITN building on Gray’s Inn Road, London.

The project was procured via a negotiated tender and let under the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016.

Works were carefully coordinated with the landlord and planned to minimise disruption to existing tenants, including extensive out-of-hours operations and strict logistics management.
