Alium were appointed by Oxfordshire County Council at Stage 2 to act as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Employer’s Agent. Our commission covers design development, planning, procurement, and delivery. We led a competitive single-stage tender and procured the works under the JCT Design and Build Contract 2024.


The project comprises a new-build extension at Wood Green School, Oxford, delivering a purpose-built Science and Art facility.


The scope also includes refurbishment of an existing block to modernise teaching spaces, alongside external landscaping to enhance outdoor learning and teaching areas.
